Features in each Granny Flat can be incorporated into other Granny Flats.  For example, you can integrate
a kitchen or bathroom from one model into a different model.  It is all too easy!

Premier only need an opening size of a doorway to be able to build... In one case, the only way was to take the materials through the front door, through the house and out of the back door - proving that no job is too difficult!
